We remind you that individuals and companies that obtained their REPSE must report quarterly to the IMSS and INFONAVIT the agreements entered into during the four months in question, respectively, in the ICSOE and SISUB
platforms.
The filing dates for every four months are no later than:
- January 17
- May 17 -
September 17
We recommend that you prepare your contracts for the provision of specialized services with all the information required by the Law in advance since they must be uploaded to INFONAVIT's SISUB platform.
Additionally, you must have the following information available:
Name
Name or company name
Federal Taxpayer Registry
Corporate or conventional
address in case it is different from
the fiscal address
E-mail address
Contact telephone number
Social Security Number
CURP
Base Contribution Salary
We recommend you not to wait until the last day to submit your notices since the platforms tend to be saturated, and in these cases, you could be prevented from submitting them on time and be subject to fines.
